Victory Christian College, Epsom – Stage 1
This project consisted of the design of the first building, covered court area and all site infrastructure for a new Victory Christian College school in Epsom. This school will be very important to the northern suburbs of Bendigo which have experienced significant growth in the last 20 years.
Victory Christian College, Strathdale - Stage 5
Victory Christian College, Strathdale - Stage 5 included a 2 storey 50m x 36m building featuring a post tensioned first floor slab.
Moe Shopping Centre Refurbishment and Extension
This project consisted of a refurbishment and major extension of the existing Moe Plaza shopping centre in the centre of Moe. This project is a critical project for central Moe and will help modernise the main street.
Rivalea - Huntly Farrowing Sheds
This project consisted of the construction of 7 large pig farrowing sheds in Huntly just north of Bendigo.
Warrnambool Hospital Emergency Department Extension
This project consisted of a significant extension to the hospital emergency department and construction of a new undercover 2 bay ambulance bay. The project significantly increased the capacity and efficiency of the existing hospital emergency department.
196 Flinders Street Melbourne – Lift Shaft
This project consisted of installing and retrofitting 2 new lifts within an existing 6 storey heritage listed building. This project was critical to upgrading the usability of the existing heritage listed building.
Gemlife Retirement Village - New Gisborne
This project consisted of an over 50’s lifestyle resort comprising of over 100 lots in New Gisborne. Team members at SCE Australia where responsible for the structural design for the resort development on the existing 10 hectare site.
Trafalgar Petrol Station
This project involved the structural design and documentation of a new retail building and the design to raise the existing canopy driveway.
973 Nepean Highway, Bentleigh
This project consisted of a significant refurbishment of an existing 6-storey concrete frame building.
Harlow Estate, Tarneit - Culvert Design
This project included the structural design and documentation of a 52m long culvert.
City of Greater Bendigo - Ewing Park
Structural design of new toilet block and 2no shade structures at Ewing Park for the City of Greater Bendigo.
City of Greater Bendigo - Heathcote Civic Centre
Structural design and documentation of a new extension to the existing heritage listed civic centre building in Heathcote for the City of Greater Bendigo.
Coliban Water - Cohuna Water Treatment Plant Clarifier Refurbishment
SCE Australia was responsible for undertaking a condition assessment of the decommissioned concrete clarifier structure and designing the required rectification works to enable the structure to be recommissioned.
Goulburn Valley Water - Nathalia Water Tank
SCE Australia was responsible for the structural design and documentation of a new 1.5 Megalitre clear water storage tank for Goulburn Valley Water in Nathalia.
50 Latrobe Street
50 Latrobe Street is a 44 Storey student accommodation building designed and constructed using modular construction.
Westgate Tunnel Project
The West Gate Tunnel Project is a City Shaping project for Melbourne and will provide a much needed alternative river crossing to the West Gate Bridge.
Barloworld Bayside
Barloworld Bayside Development was the conversion of an existing Ikea facility in Moorabbin into a car dealership facility.
Melbourne and Adelaide Air Traffic Control Towers
New Air Traffic Control Towers were constructed at the Melbourne and Adelaide Airports.
Costco Docklands
Costco Docklands was the first Costco store constructed on Australian Soil and represented a significant milestone for Costco Australia.
Structural Condition Assessments
The team at SCE has been responsible for undertaking a significant number of structural condition assessments at existing sites across Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.
Boral Plasterboard Facility Upgrade
This project involved a major upgrade to Boral’s existing plasterboard manufacturing facility in Port Melbourne. It involved new build and significant upgrade of existing facilities.
BAE Shipyard Upgrade Williamstown
This project was completed to accommodate the manufacture of the new landing helicopter dock ships to enable BAE to fulfill its contract with the Australian Defence Force.
Airservices WAM and A-SMGCS Projects
Installation of a significant number of new antennae around Australia as part of the WAM and A-SMGCS projects.
323 Latrobe Street
323 Latrobe Street is a 44-storey residential tower located in central Melbourne which was designed and constructed via modular construction.
Peppers King Square
Peppers King Square is a 17 storey hotel located on the corner of Wellington Street and Shafto Lane in Perth which was designed and constructed via modular construction.
