Gemlife Retirement Village - New Gisborne.

This project consisted of an over 50’s lifestyle resort comprising of over 100 lots in New Gisborne. Team members at SCE Australia were responsible for the structural design on the existing 10 hectare site,

The structural design included the refurbishment of the existing homestead to become a library and the design of a new 2500m2 clubhouse facility including the following:

  • Ballroom hall with stage

  • Cafe/Lounge/Bar

  • Commercial kitchen

  • 25m indoor pool, spa and sauna

  • 2No ten pin bowling lanes

  • 45 seat cinema

  • Gymnasium

  • Yoga/Pilates room

  • Golf Simulator

  • Hairdressing Salon

  • Arts and Crafts Room
